01 — FABRIC SELECTION

We start with heavyweight 370 GSM 100% brushed cotton, selected for its soft hand feel, structure and durability.

02 — PATTERN CUTTING

Each panel is cut to our custom pattern, creating the boxy, slightly oversized silhouette that defines the 22 Long Sleeve.

03 — GARMENT CONSTRUCTION

The body, sleeves and neckline are carefully assembled and stitched to create a clean, structured fit built for everyday wear.

04 — SCREEN PRINT PREPARATION

The signature 22 artwork and BASICSS branding are prepared and positioned to ensure the placement is consistent across every piece.

05 — SCREEN PRINTING

Each graphic is applied directly onto the garment using a screen-print process, creating a finish that feels integrated into the cotton rather than sitting above it.

06 — FINISHING & INSPECTION

Every long sleeve is checked for print placement, stitching, shape and overall finish before being approved.

07 — READY TO WEAR

The finished piece is prepared, packed and ready to become part of your rotation — heavyweight, structured and unmistakably BASICSS.
