If you're not home when your parcel arrives, our delivery partners may leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate. If delivery isn't possible, Royal Mail will usually attempt redelivery or provide collection options. You can also manage your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly through the courier's website using your tracking number.

Of course! We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be difficult. BASICSS offers a 14-day returns policy for eligible items. Products should be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Simply contact our customer support team to begin your return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help you exchange it. Contact our support team with your order number and the size you require. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and items must be unworn with their original tags attached. Customers are responsible for standard exchange postage costs. To exchange for a different product, you'll need to return your original item and place a new order.

Yes, eligible online purchases can be returned within the applicable cancellation period, including items purchased during a sale or using a discount code. All returned clothing should be in its original condition, with tags attached. Additional voluntary exchanges or returns outside the cancellation period may be subject to promotional terms. Your statutory consumer rights are always protected.

Yes, individual items from promotional orders can be returned, subject to the applicable returns policy. However, returning an item may affect your eligibility for certain offers. For example, if your remaining qualifying order value falls below the £100 free-gift threshold, you may need to return the complimentary item or have the promotional benefit adjusted in accordance with the offer terms and applicable law. If your remaining qualifying spend stays at £100 or more, you can keep your free gift. All promotional returns are reviewed individually to ensure the correct refund is issued.

Finding your perfect fit is easy. Every BASICSS product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the right size. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering, as sizing can vary between different styles and collections. If you're still unsure, our customer support team is always happy to help.

Most BASICSS products are designed with our signature relaxed, oversized or boxy silhouettes, offering a comfortable and effortless fit. We recommend selecting your usual size to achieve the intended look, but fit can vary depending on the product. Always refer to the individual product's size guide for the most accurate measurements.

If you're between sizes, we recommend considering your preferred fit. For a more relaxed, oversized appearance, choosing the larger size may be best. If you prefer a closer fit, consider the smaller size. We recommend comparing the product measurements with clothing you already own to help make your decision.

Don't worry! If your order doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to help arrange a size exchange, subject to stock availability. Simply contact our customer support team with your order number and the size you require. Items must meet our returns conditions, and our 14-day returns policy applies to eligible orders.
