We offer a range of tracked delivery options to suit your needs. Choose from Royal Mail Standard Tracked (2 business days), Express Tracked (24 hours), or guaranteed next-day delivery by 1PM. Saturday delivery is included with eligible services. We offer free standard UK shipping. All available delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout.

Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order directly through our Track Your Order page using your order details. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking updates to appear with the courier.

What Happens If My Parcel Is Lost Or Delayed?

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, simply contact our customer support team. We'll investigate directly with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Products should be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Simply contact our customer support team to begin your return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How Do I Exchange An Item For A Different Size?

If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help you exchange it. Contact our support team with your order number and the size you require. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and items must be unworn with their original tags attached. Customers are responsible for standard exchange postage costs. To exchange for a different product, you'll need to return your original item and place a new order.

Can I Return Sale Or Discounted Items?

Yes, eligible online purchases can be returned within the applicable cancellation period, including items purchased during a sale or using a discount code. All returned clothing should be in its original condition, with tags attached. Additional voluntary exchanges or returns outside the cancellation period may be subject to promotional terms.
